Foshan Realtime Aluminium Co.,Ltd. established in 1993, Which is private enterprise in China. who integrates research & development ,manufacturing and marketing for aluminium products, specialized in manufacturing architectural, decorative, industrial aluminium extrusion and aluminium window & door. . Its two manufacturing bases : Yuantan Qingyuan & Huadu Guangzhou. covering 30 acres ,with annual capacity of extrusion is 100,000 tons, are qualified with GB/T 19001-2008/ISO 9001:2008 quality system certificate, After more than 27 years development, Our extruded aluminium products have been applied to multiple industries, such as construction, transportation , agriculture, decoration, electrics and electronics industry, military industry, space and aviation industry, etc..Finished windows and doors as well as curtain walls are also available upon request. We have totally 21 extrusion presses and experienced manufacturing technologies, Who have been extruding, fabricating and finishing customized extrusions for more than 200, 000 different sections in the past 20 years. Our daily production capacity amounts to 200 metric tons in the year of 2013 and expands upward with a percentage of 20% each year. In the past 27 years, We have established an integrated manufacturing system with smelting and casting, extruding, anodizing, electrophoretic coating, powder coating, PVDF painting, thermal break (both nylon inserted and PU poured).
